Refund & Return Policy
Overview
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and have been purchased within the last 7 days. We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. All sales are final.
A proof of purchase will also be required whether it is a receipt from the day of purchase or a bank statement verification.
Again, once you have verified all the items above, in order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
There are no refunds on any plants, only replacements. If there is an issue with the root system or any other issue, we will replace it with a like plant.Â
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. All other sales are final.
